Where to plug in ARGB fans into motherboard for RGB goodness?

Im running a setup with an ASUS PRIME B660M-A D4 and i recently picked up some Cooler Master MasterFan MF120 HALO fans from memx, and i plugged them into my multiple ADD_GEN_2 headers, but i got the ARGB through Aura Sync, but no fan spin. so i daisychained the fans to the CHA_FAN2 and now the fans spin and get seen by the motherboard, but no ARGB. does anyone have any ideas? do i need to use the little remote guy that this came with?

RTFM, you need both headers plugged in for the fans to work

If it came with a Remote. Then my guess is, they are not Addressable ones through the Motherboard. you adress it through the Remote..

the remote is for when you don't have ARGB headers on your motherboard, your board have them, use it
