why does this stutter happen?

in the second 0:42 to 0:43 the game stops and then everything is loaded at the same time. this happens too often and it feels i'm playing slightly in the past (like 0.2 seconds or so). can anyone help?

 

 

had to put it on youtube cus the file was superior to 20mb so it seems

i also keep having these random mouse swings where im playing and my character just aims up or down really fast and spirals a little bit... i dont use cheats, never have i used cheats btw

yes. turn it off let the ram run at default, see if anything changes.

goes black? nothing goes black... read again i guess

i've tried the mhz back and forth. nothing changes. do you mean turning off the docp?

 

btw: another instance where is clear that it is as if i'm playing behind in time speed 0.25 at 3:05. 2 clear headshots and it doesn't connect or whatever
