Hello LTT fans,

I am building my first computer for light gaming (Minecraft, KSP, etc.) and simple 3D design, I also have a budget of $1,250-$1,500. So far I have picked out these part please make suggestions and tips. 

Mother board- ASUS TUF Gaming B550-PLUS

CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 8 core 16 thread

RAM- G.Skill Trident Z RGB series 32GB (2 * 16)

GPU- XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Radeon RX 6600

Power supply- G.Skill 750 Watt

Storage- Intel 660p Series m.2 2280 1TB SSD

Case- Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-DELTA Mid Tower

This is a overall much faster system. The 12700F runs circles around the 5700G (the 12700F is more similar in performance to the 5900X), the GPU is much faster as well (plus Nvidia cards tend to do better with 3D design programs), faster SSD, better case, and a better PSU. This is at the upper end of your budget, but it's well worth the extra money.
