Hey I am facing issues with my gaming laptop . Could you guys please help me. 

so I am using HP omen 2020 with ryzen 7 4800h and gtx 1650ti . Its running on windows 11 preview edition evaluation copy.build 22598.ni_release.220408-1503

I have been facing issues while I am playing valorant . Even though the wifi connectivity in my room is decent it is always showing low client fps and network problem . The render latency the game is showing is ranging between 10-100 ms . This is on power mode . When I unplug the power it turns better like I get 45- 60 fps on battery mode but the ping issue is almost solved, I am able to have a decent experience . Yes, my nvidia game ready drivers are upto date . can someone please tell me what the issue might be and give a possible solution maybe.
