Good PSU?

Go to solution Solved by PDifolco,

Yes the RMx850 (and the whole series) is good

PSU Bible is here 🙂 https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/

Im gonna upgrade my system in the near future. Currently im using a 12 year old 550W unit (non modular, R.I.P), therefore I need to upgrade my PSU as well.

I have 0 knowledge about PSU's. Is the Corsair RMx Series RM850x 2021 850W a good PSU? I can currently buy one for 99 € (including tax) and that seems like a pretty good deal.

Thank you all. Did not know that Tier Lists like this exist 🙂

This list is a blessing because you just can't evaluate PSUs with their external specs...

Discovered it 2y ago while watching PCBuilder (Jason) YT channel 🙂
