What is this ?

I've noticed something weird and i have no idea what it is. Is this normal should i be worried ?

I did not install that for sure tho... and no one has access to my computer it just popped up.

And how do i uninstall this i couldn't find it in settings

You have install WSL2.

To uninstall it:

1. Go to: Settings > Apps > Installed Apps
2. Find the Linux distro that you installed (Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, RaftWSL, Alpine, Fedora, AOSC, Alama, SUSE Linux, KALI, openEuler, Rocky, Oracle Linux, Debian), and Uninstall it.
3. Look for: "Windows Subsystem for Linux", uninstall it if you have it.
4. Go to start and type: Windows Feature, and pick "Turn Windows features on or off"
5. Uncheck "Virtual Machine Platform"
6. Uninstall "Windows Subsystem File System"
7. Restart your system.

If you went through all the steps and you see nothing to do, then consult with the developer of the system tweak tool that you used, to know how to fix your Windows installation caused by it. Unless you have agreed to the license terms of "Use at your own risk", and in which case you can see if you have enabled System Restore to go back in time before you used that system tweak tool, and restore your system. If not, then you a clean install of Windows should be considered.
