Skyrim strobe light like effect?

For some reason after disabling some mods (birds (of skyrim), and something about professions) I ocassionally get a strobe light like effect that fills the screen and flashes different colors - red, blue. Yet if I face a slightly different direction it goes away.

All parts are stock. And yes I have disabled antialising and anisotropic filtering from the launcher, Realvision (on the nexus) says that (I think). I also get somewhat random crashes - could be from trying to barter with some merchant. Could be from anything really, doubt that can be fixed.
