I am going to sell my 3700X to a FB Marketplace buyer later today.

Just as I did one last inspection, I noticed some slightly bent pins at two of the corners, I used my credit card to straighten them. They seem pretty straightened up in the end, but not 100% perfectly.

If the pins are 99.9% straight, can the chip make it in the slot? What is the chance of causing hardware errors?

The chip is still under warranty, as I got it in 2020.

Yeah. As long as there isn't an unreasonable amount of force needed to install it in the socket, you're good.

If none of the pins are broken, no errors will show up.

I would disclose it to the buyer that there are pins slightly bent that have been fixed, but it shouldn't cause any issues.
