Why do parts of Steam, after installing on Windows..

ALWAYS add that STUPID F***ING US keyboard layout to my ENGLISH UK COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!

 With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

If you are one of the 'rest of the planet' that DOESN'T use a US layout.  There is a simple fix for it but you have to do it EVERY TIME it happens to you and it's just wearing a bit thin that's all.  you have to open Regedit and delete the following key
