unless you're running VMs?  A 12900k is an absolute waste of a CPU for you, this build is beyond silly.

A bit, but something like this would still be a much better use of money for just a gaming and server hosting PC

The CPU is ~95% as fast, memory is slower but that doesn't make a huge difference, and you can have a better monitor and a 3070Ti. A 3060 in a gaming centric build for $1800 is a terrible value. Also get a Windows 10 key for $20 from a key reseller.

It's been a while since i've done research on these. Kinguin was decent last I remember, CDKeys was also pretty good. Stuff probably has changed, so do a little bit of research first, but even if you have to buy 5 different keys you'd still be coming out ahead.

very shortly MS is implementing a "fix" that will nuke most / all of the shady resellers and will be banning keys by the ton.
