No POST new pc

What are the components in the computer? As many as possible would help. If it's a Ryzen 5xxx CPU, have you updated BIOS?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

Intel 12700k

Superflower 1000w 80+ titanium

Asus TUF RTX 3070ti

32gb corsair dominator 3200

Can confirm the cpu is not getting power it hasn't gotten even the least bit hot

Make sure you have the 8 pin EPS power connector plugged in on the top left of the motherboard.

When you try to power on does anything happen or no?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

They are all plugged in securely, and gpu and ram light up but the mobo rgb does not except the post light which does not pass the first step of cpu

Build the system outside the chasis using only the most essential parts. Try booting.

Still no post and stuck on CPU during post, doesn't even skip between cpu and ram which I'm used to seeing, cpu stays ice cold too so it's not even getting power as far as I cna tell

I've tried with both the 8 and 12 pin neither work like they aren't even delivering power to the cpu

Remove the GPU. Retry.

I should mention that it does not restart itself it just idles on, turning on the power supply makes the mobo rgb flicker on once before just shutting off

Tried having RAM in just 1 slot, tried each slot (just 1 stick, 1 slot at a time)?

I did try this but it's not even getting past CPU post  which is what's so confusing to me I'm gonna try and update to the newest bios because I've had the motherboard for a while just haven't gotten around to building the pc so maybe there's just some sort of compatibility issue in the bios it seems people were having similar problems with the 12600k on the same board.
