Unable to download or install BF1 from Origin app

I have done a complete uninstallation of the Origin app using Revo Uninstaller twice now

I am able to download and install all other games from Origin

But i can not download or install Battlefield 1

BF1 is a game I had personally purchased

When i access the store page in Origin it confirms that I own the game and all the DLC with it

However it does not give me any option for downloading or installing 

The only button it shows me is "Details" or "View Details" but it just takes me to the same page (second screenshot)

If i click on the gear icon there is no option to download or install either
