I have an old 27" 144hz screen (Acer xf270h) that I would like to try to repair (for learning). The picture says it all.

1. It showed this visual malfunction like 1 year ago.

2. It's most definitely a hardware problem, it shows no matter the cable (dp, hdmi, vga) and even when it's not connected to any device.
3. The malfunction is limited to the corner shown in the picture (bottom right).
4. Thing fades on its way to the left side, it fades away before reaching the middle of the screen. Left corner is unaffected.

5. The problem is very visible at 144hz (picture), but it's hard to notice in 120hz, and it's almost impossible to spot at 60hz, so probably there's a voltage factor to it.

Hope any of you have seen something like this before and can point me in the right direction.
Thanks.
