low fps after driver install

i had my pc for 3 monyhs and had low fps in some games so i installed drivers and i went from 100 in rocket league to 30 and some apps wont open so i used a program called ddu and removed my drivers and its still bad 

 

my specs are      nothing is overclocked i

cpu amd ryzen 5 5600g 

gpu amd r9 270x xfx

mobo asus rog strix b450 f gamin ii

ram 16gb of 3200 crucial ballistix rgb

case nzxt h510 elite

psu corsair cx450f 

nvme m.2 ssd thingy wd blue 250gb

ssd crucial mx500 1tb wich is not working but i have a lacie external hdd or ssd plugged in

What kind of graphics card are you using? If you check your settings in some of your games, they might tell you if you are using your actual graphics card or if you are using an integrated graphics driver. 

 

Have you moved around any of your display cables? Like making sure that your display is plugged into your graphics card and not the motherboard instead?

oh my god im so dumb haha my hdmi was plugged into the motherboard thanks
