Gonna depend on what you've got, and what you want to do.

Are you currently on AMD?  Does your board have support for the 5000 series?  If so, you can upgrade to a 5600X or something fairly performant at a very reasonable upgrade cost.

Going to 7000 will require a full platform upgrade, and will likely have some supply issues (and cost inflation) For at least the first few months of release.  Also, potentially will require DDR5.

I am using a R5 3600 now, because the AM4 Platform is reaching the end of its life.So i think it would be nice to upgrade to another longer supported platform, such as AM5.And I also think mid-range motherboards like B650s would support DDR4.Will using DDR4 get some performance loss on Ryzen 7000?

we have no idea if DDR4 will be on Ryzen 7000 boards or not yet.
