The TJ07 is a bit outdated now. I'd get something like an Enthoo Primo or go all out and get something from Caselabs.

840 EVO's are a better buy than the Corsair SSDs.

Case-NZXT H440 | Motherboard-Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H | RAM-Kingston HyperX Blue 2x8GB 1600MHz | CPU-Intel 3770K @ 4.3GHz at 1.215v | Heatsink-Coolermaster Hyper212 Evo | GPU-EVGA GTX660 SC | SSD-MX200 250GB | HDD-Seagate Barracuda 3TB | PSU-EVGA GS650

the PSU is straight up absurd, just get an 850w instead unless you are actually thinking of 4 way SLI 780 TI.

Also there are better SSD's than the one in your build, some good modern ones are

840 EVO

intel 530/730

Kingston HyperX 3K

Plextor MP5 Xtreme (Doesn't have a feature that SSD's need, forgot the name though..)

also WHY THE TJ07? Unless you get it painted black inside, you are basically burning $300

Linus have sponsor you know :3

Anyway, if you like the case it's your choice, since case is mostly the matter of preference, I recommend changing the Ram to G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory or any 2x8GB ram out there, SSD to Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk, HDD to Seagate 4TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive, PSU to Corsair RM 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (You will want a 80+ Gold PSU more than a 80+ Silver)

And I see alot of ppl saying 1000W is overkill, but then will all the LED, custom water cooler and all, plus IMO it's always better to go around 200W higher than what you needed for a bit of room for any upcoming update, so I think 1000W is ok

My rig: Intel Core i7 4790k | MSI Z97 PC Mate | GSKILL Ripjaws X 16GB 1866MHz | ADATA Premier SP550 480GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 3TB | Seagate Barracuda 2TB  | MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 | Thermaltake Versa N21 | Corsair CX550M Semi Modular PSU | AOC G2460PF 144Hz | Logitech G502 | GSKILL Ripjaws KM780  | GAMDIAS HEPHAESTUS V2  PCPartPicker | Old Build Log | New Build Log

First off, there is a video linus made from somewhere way back that states motherboard does not really affect performance, if you want all the bells and whistles go with the one you have now however i recommend changing it up a bit.

You generally made good choices but personally i would keep the 1000W PSU because if you want to upgrade the video cards you always can, go with your current cooling setup, and yeah.
