Looking for upgrade recommendations, would prefer not to upgrade the GPU, also not to sure about compatibility so I would appreciate exact name of parts. Thanks!  

 

Budget (including currency): $200 - $300 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, architectural rendering in AutoCAD, SketchUP (rendering software) 

My pc specs are:

 

GPU - Gigabyte 3060Ti Eagle OC

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

RAM-  DDR4 XPG 3200Mhz 2X8 GB 

Mobo - Gigabyte B450M DS3H Wifi V2-CF 8x2

PS - Deepcool 700w 80+ Bronze

SSD -  Lexar 500GB SSD

HDD - 2TB 

OS - Windows 10 64 bit

I wouldn't really bother upgrading. If what you're doing in AutoCAD uses more than 16GB of RAM, maybe upgrade to 32GB, or if you can find a good deal on a 5800X, but since your system is so new it's worth just waiting a generation or two and upgrading then.

OK, still doesn't change the fact that the system isn't really worth upgrading. A motherboard upgrade won't give you any more performance, and unless you need more features that can't be added with expansion cards or your motherboard is giving you issues, motherboard swaps are generally pretty pointless.
