FPS Issues

Hello I was hoping someone could help over the last couple of days I've been experiencing really bad FPS drops My setup is an Asus TUF RTX 3060 OC V2 RYZEN 5 3600 Gigabyte aorus b450m 16gb of hyperx fury ddr4 3200mhz I have recently tried the DDU fix but that didn't help me at all in in terms of my FPS count I used to get 170-280 in siege dependent on settings and 144-210 in apex legends again dependent on settings and now I get anywhere from 90-140 in siege and anywhere from 40-110 in apex does anyone have any suggestions on how I could solve this problem please
