I Have an NVIDIA 770 4G. i have not used it for a few weeks. i was going to attempt to give it a spin again after a few weeks. when i used it last it worked perfectly Fine and as it was supposed to. But
When i plug in the PCI-E Cables from my PSU into the card and turn on the PC it turns on for 0.8 seconds then Turns off then does not turn on again unless i switch the power supply Off for 5 seconds and turn it back on from the back. it persist to do this issue. but with the 1st PCI-E Connector on the graphic Card. when i plug it in and not the broken one it works but does not display as it needs all Pins connected. this same issue happened With my AMD radeon RX 580. i have tried numerous PSU's and computers them selves i still get the same issue.

I managed to get my AMD one working again some how not sure how i did it but its only for work stations now as when i use gaming it cuts off instantly

( Note: Some say its a short with the NVIDIA 770. but i am not convinced as it was in its casing these whole weeks none touched in its Foiling. )

That is an ancient gpu. It might just be dead. Why not just use your 580? It's a way better card.

Can't It also had the same issue as the 770 but it works as soon as it launches a game it over heats and cuts out like instant. it won't last to long

So you have tried multiple pc's and multiple power supplies? Could you have a faulty power strip or something?

I am not sure. i am trying to get answers from others to see if it may relate to an issue. the main Video board looks fine no scratch any where No Missing parts i even verified by looking on a graphic card board online. i use a GT 730 and it works good. same with my quadroFX 540.
