eBay is probably your best bet. If you can't find them on there (not unlikely) it's probably a good idea to find a couple 120mm fans and zip tie them onto the heat sink instead.

take apart the entire cooler and put it back together with the new fans. There should be a couple videos on YouTube for how to do that for your specific card. If you do the 120mm method, leave the shroud off and just use the bare heat sink when you reassemble the card and go to zip tie on the new fans.

AliExpress is also a good place to look for fans.
