Bought a different RAM kit

I have an existing 16gb (8x2) 3000mhz Tforce Delta RAM and I just bought another kit but made a mistake because I purchase a 3200mhz kit. Is there a way I can use them both? I don't know how to adjust the timings but I've read that the slowest one will be the speed of both of them. Can someone help me with the timings?
