Triple Display Setup

Hi there folks,

 

I have been thinking to buy macbook pro m1 (2021) and use 3 monitors (externally) for my daily use as a programmer. I searched extensively online about this and got to know it is infact possible to use 3 monitors using plugable usb-c adapter.

 

But the question arises which monitors should i go for?

I have in my mind two setups:

1. Using 3 monitors (1 on left & 1 on right vertically, 1 in center)

2. Using 2 monitors ( 1 curved display in center, 1 on either left or right)

 

Which monitors are good for this, I want the center one to be a decent one (1440p 60hz), others can be 1080p too.

Please consider cost to be minimized as macbook alone will take away my kidney
