So currently working on Dell laptops that keep freezing. The symptoms are the track pad starts to mix up buttons, stuck and freeze... I can still move the mouse though. Then the keyboard freezes. Can't operate the power button but to shut it down completely. Videos still play and it acts like it's working. I shut the laptop and open it back up and I can log in but it's frozen after logging in. Then it'll go black screen and display an error regarding the HDMI port and refresh the screen. Then everything is fine again like nothing happened. Everything works again and it even doesn't mess with the current stuff in the OS. All documents are in tact that you're working with. 

 

Just weird.
