It's a Gigabyte with an Arctic Accelero third-party cooler slapped on it for some reason. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

It's probably better, but totally unnecessary for a 750 ti. I can't imagine why anybody would bother unless the stock cooler broke.

750ti is not a hot gpu, so if it runs, i don't see the problem, ask for discount for non stock conditions.
