Recently I've been having an issue of a "no signal" problem during gaming or website browsing. Computer will freeze for a second and the monitor will display "no signal". In one occurrence while gaming I heard a loud buzzing sound from my headphones for that second it froze. I've tried different HDMI cables, plugging the monitor into another pc (monitor works), and plugging a different monitor, but seeing the same "no signal" message all while the pc is still running. The only way I've been able to turn it off is using a memorized shortcut with my keyboard and sometimes even the physical power button. Also after booting pc, ill get a short few second black screen in my login screen.

Some notable issues is that my GPU temp is around 50c and my cpu temp is around 58c on idle. I've also tried updating drivers. Before these problems I also set my BIOS to default settings because of a fan issue (I don't know if this has any relevance but thought I would mention it as these problems started after this). I also had one occurrence of my pc booting to a glitched black screen.

My initial assumptions were that my pc is overheating or when I reset my bios to default settings, it reset optimizations that might have been made by those who built the pc. The pc is also just around 4 months old.

Both of these are problems. That PSU is not great and is possible to have issues with the 3080. That AIO isn't enough for a 5900X. This is the cause for the high CPU idle temps (AIO), it should be replaced for a 240mm AIO or a dual tower CPU cooler.

I would try look into replacing both of those, but they shouldn't fix the black screen issue. It's likely a driver issue, so you should run DDU in safe mode then reinstall drivers.
