Issues with fps on warzone

Guys I need help I upgraded recently, up to a  Ryzen 5 1600 to a Ryzen 7 3700x and a gtx 1660ti to a rtx 3060 and I have 16 gb of ram and a 650 watt power supply, on warzone pacific with my old parts on low settings i got like 40 to 50 fps and when i upgraded those parts  I got only 60 to 70fps on low settings.  I see people with like 120 to 130 with a 3060, I don't know what to do and ill show you what the usages are while I'm on warzone.
