Ram for 2022

So I’m thinking of upgrading my ram and I want some suggestions for 32 x 4 or 16 x 2 so can buy 2 packs my overall price I’m willing to pay is under 200 for them so any thoughts. I would also like rgb if possible but if it doesn’t have them it won’t be a deal breaker. Any thoughts?

Do you mean 4x8GB vs 2x16GB? In that case, generally the 2x16GB will be cheaper and more likely to actually achieve higher speeds if you're aiming for DDR4-3600+ levels.
