ssd not detected

Hi, just want to ask about my pc. 

specs are: 

motherboard: Prime B560m-k

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2666mhz 16gb x2

Cpu: I5 10400f

Gpu: Asus GTX 1050ti

the problem about my pc is that i just bought a 1tb ssd nvme m.2 from Acer model Fa100 and for some reason the bios  doesn't detect the ssd can anyone help me?

you probably can't use the top M.2 slot on your board.  

 

That's probably a Gen 4 m.2, and your CPU doesn't support gen 4.

 

Put it in the lower M.2 slot on the board.

Yes, the top slot only works if you have an 11th gen CPU.
