PSU-s are usually ATX size, unless from a HP/Dell/Acer prebuilt.

Your motherboard can take all Graphics card, but it dont support PCIe gen 4.0. However PCIe is bacwards and forwards compatible so you will be fine with any card. 

You just migh not get every drop of performance from a high-end GPU

That's only 4 cores without hyperthreading. Is there a chance you could upgrade the platform (CPU+MBO) first?

That CPU hasn't got the power to properly feed a modern mid range GPU in modern games.

If it were an i7 6700 or 7700, then it might pass (it would be in comparable to a modern i3), but only 4 cores without HT isn't something I'd pair with anything stronger than a 1060.

Atm I dont have the many to buy both. I will need to buy them separatly. My current motherboard does have older ram so I believe

 I will have ti upgrade that too? But Im planning on upgrading the  cpu and motherboard next. Whats cpu would you recommend for the gpu?

Your motherboard uses DDR4 and that is still relevant. 

 

My personal and expert opinion would be - upgrade the platform first. A better CPU would smooth your frametimes even with the GPU you already have.

 

Check the prices of B560 boards and Intel i5 10400f or 11500f. That should be cheap enough.

At this time, only Adler Lake from Intel (i12 series) supports DDR5 and those are LGA S1700 boards, quite expensive.

Evertything else still runs DDR4. And since you have older DDR4, any newer board should be more than compatible with it.

 

Replacing the CPU and MBO usually doesn't require a replacement of the PSU, but I don't know the PSU you have.

Well I dont know either 😄My uncle made my computer and it was long time ago. And the sticker with the details of the psu is on the side of motherboard not the visible one.
