Budget (including currency): $850

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Open world gaming, cyberpunk, elder scrolls, etc

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have the nvidia gtx 3060ti gpu and am wondering what the best build for it would be. Here is what I was considering -

For my budget, is there anything you would change to improve this build?

Intel Core i5-12400F 2.5 GHz 6-Core
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory
Crucial P2 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Asus PRIME B660M-A D4 Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition 42 CFM CPU Cooler
Corsair RMx (2018) 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case

Looks nice except you could try and find a higher wattage PSU if you would want to upgrade to a better gpu or a higher core count cpu.

Would go with an Nvme drive with dram cache instead. Some options:

Storage: ADATA XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital WD_BLACK SN750 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($129.99 @ Western Digital)
Storage: Team MP34 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($91.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Mushkin Pilot-E 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($108.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Silicon Power P34A80 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($91.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: PNY CS2130 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($95.88 @ Amazon)
Storage: ADATA XPG GAMMIX S7 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($89.99 @ Amazon)

I would also go with a higher end CPU with the 3060ti, but if you don't have the budget, it should still be fine. 12700f is what I would pair with the 3060ti
