I'm planning to mount a 360mm radiator in front ( pull ) so i'd be left with 3 fans but i wanna know what do you guys think would be the best config. And i also have the case default fan so i guess that makes it 4. Also image for reference

Just thinking out loud; So that Radiator’s warmth will be cooled by incoming cool air that needs to be pulled through it by those 3 x 120mm fans. & that cool air which by the time it enters your case, may be warmed up by the radiator heat, thus compromising the rest of your case.

Is this the best way to cool a radiator? Would it be more efficient if those fans were pushing fresh air through the radiator? This should cool the Radiator faster & hence be better for your CPU, but you’ll still be pushing warm air into your case, which may lift GPU temps.

Which component do you think you’ll struggle to keep cool - your CPU or GPU (models?)?

If your GPU is fine, & you have the motherboard clearance, then you could move the Radiator to the top & have the fans push air out. This should help keep internal temps lower, but the CPU temp may rise. Just depends on how much it rises (your case design & fan efficiency comes into play here) & whether you’re happier with the CPU/GPU temp balance in one scenario or the other.

Others can chime in for more ideas. Good luck.

As he said.. it would be better to have the fans infront of your radiator pushing it through. if you have RGB fans it will look better from the front as well.

altho. i would put the radiator at the top.. and fans under it pushing it up. and 3 fans in front pushing fresh air in.

if you get a 7th fan put it in the back ..

Uh i've done some research about the radiator placement and on benchmarks the best avg temps are on the front ( pull ) but yeah i suppose it's also about where you put the fans. But considering the benchmarks i kinda decided i wanna go with front pull.

Go for it man. Nothing wrong with experimenting. The array of solutions online only tells us that there’s no real concrete best way to do it. Only your specific setup will tell you after trial & error.
