samsung odyssey g7 alt tab takes like 3 second !!

sphnx1

I bought a new monitor 3 days ago the samsung odyssey g7 27" 240hz

but i faced so annoying problem that when i'm in a game and alt tab to windows it takes like 2-3 seconds and with display port sign on top left corner ...after so many search and read all websites ...i figure out that : the game must be the same resolution as the windows and should be "native".....so the recommended resolution is 2560 x 1440 so if i change that resolution in the game to 1920 x 1080 to get higher fps this problem happens ( i usually play Apex legends , Battlefield 1, etc....) i like 1920 x 1080 because it gives me like 210-240 fps but with 2560 x 1440 i get like 110-140 ( all settings in game are low in both conditions to get higher fps ) ....i also read that turning G-sync off From nvidia control panel solve the problem..it did only with apex but another problem pop out " google chrome in background got windowed it looks like it's affected to the game resolution and i had to maximize it again!!! even i tried Battlefield 1 with the native resolution (2560 x 1440 ) and the problem ( delaying ) still happens !!!!!!!!!!!! i did all things you gonna think about ...like :

1 - i updated the last firmware on website for the monitor (23 feb 2022 )

2- i tried all display port versions (1.1 and 1.2 and 1.4) all are the same

3- turned off G-sync from display settings in invidia control panel ...specially the 3rd option with name ( display specific settings )

4- have the last update driver for my GPU (RTX 2070 EXTREME )

Sounds normal. Depending on the game, it can take a couple seconds to tab out when in fullscreen, and a little longer if you're running a non-native res in fullscreen.
