GPU for new setup

GPUs are finally in stock in my country and I would like to build a new gaming setup. I just wanted to ask you guys if you happen to know anything about RTX 4000 series approximate release window since these 3000 series GPUs are extremely overpriced. I am willing to spend but not if there are new better and cheaper GPUs coming in the next 6 months.

Potentially September but the reality is no one knows.

Typically we see leaks about 3~4 months before product's publication but so far there is none. Hard to tell further on.

Do you personally expect them to make any significant improvements to performance? The 3000 series was already a pretty big jump from the previous generation.

Definitely if it's a new architecture, Nvidia recently did not stagnate in performance unless it's a refresh.

 

I'm pretty sure the price to performance ratio won't improve much tho

Have you been paying attention to all the leaks since the data breach in the last few weeks? The news (in these circles) was blowing up about it. That's all we have to go off of.
