So I have a computer with windows 10 on it, and normally have no issues with the operating system, however my wife recently told me a problem that when she switches to her created user profile her Taskbar and system don't wanna open, so I hop on today and take a look Taskbar, windows settings, got into the old control panel everything worked except I couldn't open system or Taskbar at all, so I started doing some digging and finally found the issue

I run 5 monitors so I use 2 gpus no problem but when I got to the windows processes I saw there were two instances of windows desktop manager one running off of my gpu 0, and the other not and so I ended task on the one that wasn't and that ended up fixing the issue but I'm confused why that became an issue at all, so I can try and stop the problem from happening instead of doing that everytime?
