I remember Barnacules uses two 12 fan controllers in his system, trying to find the name now:

I am currently trying to find a fan controller or fan hub to control around 16+ fans for a new build, any one have any ideas?

Wow, 16+ fans? Yeah, you'll want to control their speed alright.
