Can't enter BIOS!

Hey guys, I'm having some issues getting my newly built PC to start and I was hoping someone here would have some ideas as to maybe why.

Specs: 
Asus Prime X570-P 
Ryzen 5 5600X
XFX Thicc III RX5700XT
Team T-Force Vulkan 16x2 3200mhz
MSI Mag A650BN

On startup, it seems to just freeze on the initial ASUS screen and won't allow me to press F2 or DEL to enter BIOS. My keyboard has power as the lights are all on so I don't think its broken. I'm also reusing my old SSD and HDD in this build if that could have any effect on things.

So far, I have tried clearing the CMOS, unplugging and plugging the keyboard into different ports, reseating the RAM and testing individual RAM sockets and removing the SSD and HDD.

Any input would be really appreciated as this is really frustrating me, thank you in advance!
