30 second countdown on startup after GPU change

I had an old ACER Aspire 5720G laptop with a broken GPU, so I bought a new GPU from china and installed it. Everything works properly, but everytime I boot the laptop it does this.

 

Does anybody know what the problem may be? Thanks in advance.

Did you check anything like bios settings or have some form of encryption or bother reinstalling windows?

I had something similar from a GPU i bought from China,but instead of a countdown it just writes the make,model and specifications of the GPU.

It's probably coded in the VBIOS,so a VBIOS flash should solve the issue.

I tried reinstalling windows but it didn't help. As for the BIOS settings I checked it but there is nothing useful or related to the GPU, but thanks.

I just tried to flash it but got an error saying "no nvidia GPU found".

I noticed this GPU has different names in the Device Manager and GPU-Z, maybe it has something to do with this error?
