RTX Option Not Showing

Recently I got a new RTX card. I reinstalled windows completely, formatted the drive and everything. I installed all my new games, yet the option for ray tracing in all my games arent't there. 

 

Edit: I'm on Windows 1803. From what I saw ray tracing only works on 1809+

What version are your drivers?

Word is that RT really makes a hit to your FPS anyhow, DLSS is possibly more essential/desirable to have enabled.

What games are you playing? You understand ray tracing is a feature only supported in a bare handful of games and you can't just switch on ray tracing in Unreal Tournament 2003 or whatever just because you have an RTX card now.

Yes i checked and made sure the games were compatible. It is because I am on an older version of windows
