I honestly have no idea why I'm having issues, I recently brought my machine to microcenter around christmas time to get troubleshooting done because I was having issues booting up turns out I had bent pins on my motherboard or atleast that's what they told me so I upgraded and had them install the parts, I have a rtx 3070ti an i9 11900k 2x8gb 3600mhz corsair vengeance ram a 500 gb ssd and a 4 terabyte hard drive with an 850watt 80 plus gold psu I had no problems for about a month until I upgraded my pc to windows 11 then I had no issues for probably a week or 2 and then out of nowhere my pc would just start turning itself off basically but all the components inside my pc were still on it just stopped working sometimes it would output my screen still frozen or sometimes the screen would just be black I have no idea what's happening but it's gotten worse to the point that I can't even play a 10 minute game without crashing I don't know what to do I reset my bios to default made sure all the cords and wires were properly connected and fully in I have no motherboard warning lights my pc isn't running hot and I've made sure my os and all my drivers are up to date, please help

Sounds like Windows 11 problems to me... I read another post recently reporting random shutdowns during gaming because of the windows 11 update. Especially if the hardware issues were solved and you didn't have any more shutdowns with Windows 10 and the upgraded hardware.

But now, fellow gamers, that was it for me. Please keep in mind, that this is just my personal opionion and I am no expert. Your system shall be cooled forever, see you next time.

Did you had a look in Event Log?

You might see what is causing it there.

I'm unsure how or where to find that  but it's not like a normal pc shutdown or crash my pc screen just freezes or displays black well all my components are still on and the power button doesn't work I usually have to turn it off with the psu power button

@schnilos

Press Windows button -> Type: Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System

You will see all events there.

You can either have a look your self or if you right click on System logs and go to Save All Events As you can save them.

And them send them over so I can see them my self.

Uhh it doesn't look great man.

DWM.EXE is Desktop Window Manager and it is integral version of Windows and it is failing. That is why you are loosing what you see on screen.

No super easy fix I am afraid.

Best and easy-ish bet is Reset your Windows 11. Make copy of what you neec before you do that. That will reinstall Windows. Should be fine after that.
