hyperx cloud 2 problem after repair

I accidentaly cut off the cable of my hyperx cloud 2 headphones, and I went to a guy and he fixed it "fixed". He did fix it but my Left and Right headphones are swapped, when I hear something from the left in a game for example I hear it from the right etc. Is it possible that he fucked it up somehow while changing the cable or something? I wanna ask him to do it again but he will be annoyed asf I assume

yes, it sounds like he simply mixed up the connections. i would ask to have if repaired, for free if you paid for the fix.
