tachi b550 memory training error code.

Trying to set up a new rig for my brother in law and what hes got is a tachi b550 ,5800x 3060 12gb ,crucial ballistics 3200 16gb. All i am getting from it is an error code a1.

What memory slots are the memory sticks in? It's a daisy chain board, and a lot of times they won't even boot with the wrong slots populated.
