Updating to windows 11, suddenly my Western Digital hard drive can't be found

Samman187

As the title says, since updating to windows 11 my Western Digital hard drive can't be found but my NVME can.

It shows in BIOS but it wont show on disk management. I have since reverted to Windows 10.

I assume it's something to do with the CMS support? I'm unsure how to fix it, please help.

Is the WD drive your boot drive?
Did it become visible after going back to W10?

Might be worth physically reseating the SATA cable to the drive
