Computer won't fully turn on

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my PC. When I flip the switch, it blinks on and off real quick but the ram and mother board lights stay on. 

 

Not sure if this is a wiring error or faulty part error 

 

Anyone else had something similar?

Something is shorting real bad, especially with that pump. Id check your power connections on the motherboard and PSU, GPU doesnt seem to be  lighting up.
