Hi! So I'm thinking about getting a new laptop but I want an external SSD that I can use with that laptop. I'm not that good with tech so idk what external SSD's work the best. Should I just buy an external SSD or do I buy an Nvme M.2 SSD? I want to use the external SSD as a way to store my games and play on either device seamlessly. Sorry if this is a dumb question/topic.

I'm thinking of buying these:

Samsung: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08RK2SR23/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1

Seagate: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083GHGFV7/ref=ewc_pr_img_3?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1
