Local for macOS Wordpress

Go to solution Solved by BasicWombat,

This is cool, I was looking for something like this the other day. Thank you.

To answer your question, it's like going to install a contained instance of a Webserver to run WP.

But I can't see any documentation that would suggest either way.

You could try running this in a VM on either a Windows or Linux instance to see what happens.

Otherwise, just backup your Apache instance and run the installer to see what happens.

Sorry I can help much beyond that.

Hello, so I am about to install Local for Wordpress on my macOS you know this Local so it installs Apache as well as the other stuff. However I have Apache preinstalled. So will that be a problem? If I have it preinstalled but it installs it again. Can I customize the install so it doesn't install apache or do I have to uninstall the built in if possible? Or I don't have to worry about that and it's not a problem? macOS Monterey.
