How do I uninstall extensions installed by enterprise policy on chromebook? Developer mode is disabled so I can't do that. Its not even like a high-tech looking chromebook, its a DELL chromebook with curved edges. And all it has is Chrome and Chrome web store.

We're not going to help you circumvent policies put in place by your school or employer on hardware owned by them. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Enterprise policies are there for a reason. If you have an issue with it, bring it up with your IT Administrators not us.
