Twitch Black Screen

I am hoping that somebody on here can help me with this issue or tell me how to resolve the issue 

 

the issue is just recently on twitch i tried to watch a stream on TwitchTv and when i went to watch that channel or any other channel for that matter the only thing i ended up seeing was this on the screen which i am hoping someone can help me with or tell me what causes the issue.

I've had this since Twitch launched and sometimes it occurs, but not all the time.
