Mysql and Wordpress

Go to solution Solved by ladybug,

Anyway I got LocalWP and it's awesome! I recommend it to anyone wanting an easy, automated solution for Wordpress for Mac and maybe others(I don't know if it's cross-platform)

Hey so I have apache server and Wordpress on my Mac but I still need a database. So if I just install MySql and create one will everything work fine without php? Since I am on Monterey I don't have it installed and I would rather not install stuff I don't need. So is there a way to set up Wordpress without having php installed?

I think you just have to un-comment a line in the httpd.conf file so Apache loads the PHP module, then restart Apache.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
