I need help, i bought ddr4 crucual 2x8gb 3200MHz its not a kit but sticks are same model, if i put one ore both sticks pc turns on and fans are on 1005 but no posts and after some time its starts turning on and of, in pc is i5 8600 and h310 it works fine with hyperx fury 2x8 3000MHz on 2666MHz . I bought those sticks of crucial to flip them but seller told they worked .

crucial stick works if i put 1 hyperx stick and 1 crucial but on 2400, i even made custom profile for ram that is 2400 looked but then it wont boot, but if i mix memoroy then it works???? HELP???

Mismatching ram, regardless of it's the same exact model or not can still cause stability issues. Most likely that is the issue, compatibility between the modules. They are not a kit so they are not guaranteed or tested from the factory to work together your best bet is to buy an actual kit of the speed and size of memory you want/need. The reason why it is working when paired with the hyperx is due to it being more stable however, with the kits being different speeds they will only run at speed shared between the two, while I would think it should run at 2666mhz as that is the slower speed of the modules it isn't uncommon for them to only work at the DDR4 default(2133mhz) or in-between.
