Games randomly crashing

My games randomly crash a lot and sometimes my whole pc crashes with it : (

All the games I've played so far have crashed randomly sometimes (I haven't noticed it in minecraft or csgo)

Games like The forest, roblox, fortnite, my game randomly crashes out of no where

My specs:

Rtx 3080

i9-10850k

2x 16gb vengeance pro and 2x 32gb ballistix

I have tried a lot of things and have no idea what the problem could be.
